I visited Snappys on Saturday afternoon with my 3 year old grandaughter, I appreciate that weekends are busy but I am reluctant to come back with her as there is clearly no supervision by staff in the play area, there was at least 6 older children just running about showing no care for the smaller children playing, throwing the balls at each other, one hit me in the face very near my eye, it could have been a small child, I know it should also be these childrens parents that should have some responsibility, but they were clearly sitting down relaxing, lucky them.
I really do feel that there should be a member of staff from Snappys keeping control over these unruly children before a smaller child gets seriously hurt.

I had a lovely time with my children at snappys on Thursday the 16th Feb.
The manager did a great job of organising the amount of people that came into the place as it was getting packed. Good for her to put saftey first.
My only gripe is that some of the staff where standing around doing nothing when the tables needed cleaning, the manager was running around and seemed to be the only one working.
I will be bringing my 2 children back again in the near future.

I recently visiting Snappy’s with my daughter last week and was very impressed with the facilities on offer. Although the venue was particularly busy on the day, the centre was kept to a very clean standard and all the staff were doing a fantastic job . The staff were very helpful and polite which made my visit very enjoyable for both me and my daughter who enjoyed immensely. I shall be definately visiting again soon and will be recommending Snappy’s to all my friends/family. Thank you
